Lets dive into the journey within! After possibly a refreshing and soothing walk with the clouds, we will settle into our rooms, set intentions and create space to begin our journey of letting go of what we are not and connect with what we are. There will be a yoga practice dedicated to starting to connect inward and plenty of time to reflect and share. After a delicious and hearty meal, we will gather for our first spiritual meeting and opening ceremony to set the tone for the rest of the retreat. You will then snuggle into sweet dreams of endless possibilities. Kangra valley, one of Himachal’s most pristine valleys, is home to India’s First UNESCO World Heritage Village. The snow-capped Dhauladhar mountains, numerous glacial rivulets, pine forests and mesmerizing open green/golden fields along with the fresh mountain air, all bring a sense of peace and calm. Out here you are away from the daily chaos and can be truly in sync with nature.

A yogi at heart with 15 years of experience and still counting. Her radiance of character and peacefulness transform yoga classes into an art of mindfulness and loving-kindness. Her practices are influenced by Swami Siavananda school of yoga, as well as oriental healing methodology. Purva has immense experience and is passionate about teaching traditional yoga, meditation and yin. Her holistic and healing approach to practice of yoga has inspired people to make positive lifestyle changes.

She understands that suppressed emotions and past traumas affect our today and she helps to deal with past to pave way for a better today and a harmonious and peaceful tomorrow. She holds writing retreats in various countries and helps aspiring writers to find their voice and help non-writers to rise up again, after a stumble or a fall, using the tool of writing.
